The 6-week class helps you reduce stress, improve self confidence, communicate your feelings better, balance your life, increase your ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources. This class is open to care-partners of someone with any chronic condition. Respite care is available. RSVP at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 850-386-2778.
