be held on Friday September 24, 2010 and
is a wonderful opportunity for community
partnership to showcase how affective it
can be.
Health Screenings will be provided and
includes: Bone Density, Blood Sugar,
Stroke, Hearing and Balance and Vision.
Massages and Manicures will also be
available!
Entertainment will be provided throughout
the day including music and motivational
speaking

Caregiver Tracks are available to the public

fantastic success. We are looking forward

fundraiser event for the Alzheimer's
Project. This is a family friendly event that
celebrates caregivers and those they care
for. A wonderful opportunity for
fellowship, food, entertainment, fun and
games. This year's event will take place on
