Recie Culpepper has been with Alzheimer’s Project, Inc. since 2006. Actually, she has been involved in some way with AP from the beginning because she was the Administrative Assistant at Saint Paul’s UMC when the decision was made to begin the Alzheimer’s Project in 1991. Recie’s duties, to name a few, include training volunteers for in-home respite as well as on-site respite at our Day Respite Care at SPUMC, assist with support groups and working in rural outreach. Recie loves interacting with the elderly, as they are a joy to her. She also enjoys her co-workers very much and feels they complement each other by the way in which they work. She feels very blessed to have the opportunity to work in the environment she does. Recie aspires to be the best mom and grandmother possible and enjoys her children and grandchildren more than anything. She also loves to travel with her B.S. group – that would be her “Bible Study” group folks.
